    **Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

    **Location:** Salem or Portsmouth, NH - In office, not remote!

    **Pay Range:** Base + Commission (averaging $25/hr, higher pay for bilingual and mid-day shift)

    **Schedule:** M-F 8:30am-5:00pm or 11:30am-8:00pm

    + **Engage with Customers:** Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with each account, ensuring a positive experience.

    + **Handle Calls with Confidence:** Manage outbound and inbound calls professionally, using scripts when necessary to provide top-notch service.

    + **Negotiate Like a Pro:** Work with clients’ customers to negotiate payment plans and settlements based on specific parameters.

    + **Resolve Disputes Swiftly:** Identify and resolve disputes promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    + **Collaborate and Innovate:** Participate in problem-solving and decision-making activities to continuously improve our processes.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + **Experience:** Minimum 1+ year in a Customer Service position preferred.

    + **Communication Skills:** Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.

    + **Typing Skills:** Moderate typing skills required (35 wpm).

    + **Basic Skills:** Basic math and written communication skills.

    + **Language Skills:** Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus!
