About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Warehouse Office Associate** to join our team. This entry-level position plays a vital role in supporting inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Schedule and confirm appointments for inbound and outbound shipments (LTL, UPS, customer pickups, containers).
+ Process shipping orders with accuracy and efficiency.
+ Respond to order and inventory inquiries from customer service and sales teams.
+ Assist with inventory tracking and stock checks.
+ Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
+ Support documentation and coordination for order fulfillment.
+ Collaborate with warehouse and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
+ Perform administrative tasks such as filing and scanning.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ 0–1 years of experience in a warehouse office or administrative role.
+ High school diploma or equivalent (professional certifications are a plus).
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Work Schedule:
+ **Days:** Monday through Friday (occasional weekends may be required)
+ **Hours:** Between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, 40–50 hours per week
