Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the efficient operation of commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC equipment.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed.

Assist in the installation and upgrade of building systems and equipment.

Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.

Skills and Requirements

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Certification or vocational training in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial maintenance. null
