Day-To-Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Principal Domain Architect to drive the integration of pioneering technologies into complex solutions within the manufacturing domain. This role involves providing strategic direction, training, and mentoring stakeholders in IT-aligned business areas, defining and leading the development of solutions aligned with business and technology strategies, and advocating for collaboration among stakeholders to understand business needs and implement optimal solutions. The architect will ensure business goals, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability are met, aligning with the overall IT strategy and roadmap.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
12+ years of experience in the manufacturing domain and designing solutions
Experience in designing and architecting complex systems at the functional or enterprise level
Architecting IT/OT systems in a complex Manufacturing ecosystem, spanning capabilities such as ERP, MES / PLM, PLC / SCADA, CMMS, and Predictive Maintenance
Expertise in technology integration and the design of interfaces between systems
Proven track record in working with enterprise application integration and service-oriented architecture
In-depth expertise in cloud providers and modern architecture (i.e., microservices, serverless, containerization, etc.)
Extensive knowledge of existing and emerging enterprise architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworks Preferred:
Experience with Azure, AWS or Oracle Cloud products
Soft skills:
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members null
