    Insight Globals client, a leading company in the gaming industry, is currently seeking a skilled Hardware Asset Management Analyst to join their team. This position will play a key role in expanding the scope of their hardware asset management program to include servers and mobile devices.

    Skills and Requirements

    5 - 7 years of experience in hardware asset management, specifically with on-premise servers (physical and virtual via VMWare) and mobile devices.

     

    Strong understanding of IT Asset Management and IT Service Management.

     

    Experience developing, improving, and/or implementing hardware asset management processes, policies, and procedures that merge people, process, and technology.

     

    Ability to troubleshoot and resolve asset management data quality issues. Mobile device implementation experience

     

    Experience working with the Flexera One platform

    Experience working with Jira null
