Job Description
Insight Global is in need of an IT Project Manager with a focus around internal Communications who will be vital to the ongoing guidance, management, and delivery of projects as contributing to the overall growth of the business. In this role, you will bring your skill set of project management and agile execution to these initiatives. You will work on projects to execute a best fit methodology (agile ways of working combined with more traditional methods) while supporting the designated global strategy, best practices, and long-range goals. Working in cooperation with vendor(s) and various other program roles, you will manage project efforts to ensure the successful delivery of critical initiatives. This includes scheduling and facilitating necessary meetings and related action items while pursuing iterative process improvements and collaborative conversations. It is important to proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues (and related mitigation plans) while being able to escalate in a clear and timely manner as appropriate. The compensation for this position is $60-$70/hr and is based on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements
Strong experience with Internal Communications (Customized SharePoint, Standing up new platforms), Content Development, Content Migration
Understanding of/hands-on experience with software development life cycle
Agile and waterfall project management methodology
Demonstrated influence without authority, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and willing to take a hands-on approach and help the team to drive success null
