Job Description

Compiles, prepares and analyzes monthly project billings per contract requirements

Performs financial analysis and reconciliation of project costs versus project budget

Manages vendor compliance, insurance, lien waivers, retention and W-9s

Produces and analyzes job performance and profitability through jobs cost tracking reports

Assists in preparation of status reports and maintains accurate project statuses and budget information in COINs

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of Project Accounting experience

Experience managing at least 20 million in budget

Project Accounting experience must come from a construction subcontracting background

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent experience

Experience with Cost+ software

Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with intermediate to expert level ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. required null
