Day to Day:

Job Summary: Insight Global is looking to hire a dedicated and dynamic Urgent Care Supervisor for a healthcare provider in the area. This person will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will manage a mix of clinical and non-clinical staff, including various technicians, medical assistants (MAs), patient hospitality specialists, and front desk personnel. This role involves close collaboration with providers and maintaining valuable relationships with physician groups. The supervisor will oversee around 13-16 direct reports and ensure effective communication amongst team. The standalone facility is a very quick paced and constantly changing environment, so being comfortable managing a fast-paced environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

* Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations from front to back, ensuring smooth functioning of the facility.

* Collaboration: Work closely with providers and physician groups to foster valuable relationships and achieve common goals.

* Huddles and Meetings: Conduct daily huddles and team connects to align on goals and address any issues.

* Facility Management: Handle facility maintenance, patient issues, ordering supplies, and managing escalations.

* Payroll and Administration: Oversee payroll processes and administrative tasks.

* Resource Management: Coordinate with multiple resources including property managers, education, and HR departments.

* Crisis Management: Step in to assist during unexpected high volumes or emergencies.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in healthcare management or a related field.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

* Knowledge of healthcare operations and administrative processes.

Additional Notes:

* Cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement for site travel and management.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

* RN

* 2 years of experience minimum

* BLS (Basic Life Support)

* Leadership (preferred)

* BSN (preferred) / ASN with leadership accepted Plusses:

* ER background

* Cener

* Bilingual null
