Job Description

Technical Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for platforms such as Celonis, Signavio, UI Path, and other Process Mining and Automation tools.

System Architecture: Conduct technical discussions to identify key components of system architecture.

Integrations: Establish real-time integrations with source systems via APIs and Celonis internal solutions, creating new connectors as necessary.

Security Management: Develop and maintain security matrices for authentication and user/group management, and provision solutions for the Celonis platform.

Data Communication: Build visualizations and written narratives to convey quantitative insights and facilitate data-driven discussions.

Data Engineering: Continuously refine data engineering processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through audits and reviews.

Support Collaboration: Work with the AMS support team to resolve support tickets and enhancement requests.

Data Validation: Perform data validation to ensure quality and integrity across all solutions.

Optimization: Optimize data retrieval and storage processes for efficiency and performance.

Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ETL development and data management.

Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain solutions in the Process Excellence platforms, including integration, data pipelines, data models, automations, and security models.

Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

Need resources that can adapt to change & be flexible with requirements

A go - getter, someone solutions oriented, proactive, and grow with the company

Good comm & specific technical skillset

Data Modeling & Data Pipelines

6+ years of Data Modeling, SQL Data Modeling or have been a Data Engineer (not super stuck on the title)

SAP build process automation or

Must know how to trigger/validate automations

Responsible for break fixes/enhancements/projects

Core ERP is SAP
