Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an Events Specialist for one of their largest semiconductor clients working on their events team with a focus on external tradeshows and events. The individual will have 3-4 years experience in tradeshow coordination, strong written and oral skills, and be able to work independently, quickly and accurately. Pay for this position ranges from $30-40/hr and varies based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all event shipping and property inventory and will be responsible for the relationship with the warehouse vendor.
- Event calendar management
- Creating pre and post-show planning PPTs
- Collecting pre and post-show metrics and data
- Manage meeting schedules, pre-show and onsite
- Assist with show planning, coordination of logistics, ordering of show services, tracking of invoices and budget for various tradeshows.
- Other event logistics such as hotels, badges, registration, videotaping, set up and dismantling of physical site.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- 3-4 years of experience in events or tradeshows
- Strong written and oral communication skills required to interface with individuals at all levels of the company
- Ability to complete manual labor involving moving/carrying boxes
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office null
