Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer for a client base in Houston, TX. In this role, you will help us transform our IT infrastructure operations from the old-fashioned reactive break-and-fix model to a strategic partner that creates real value and helps the business gain a competitive edge through technology-driven innovations. This role will support the design, implementation, and operations of the Companys information systems, including network, security, infrastructure, and other information systems.

Skills and Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience

Technical certifications such as CISSP, Microsoft 365, Azure Architect, CCNA, MCSE, and VCP

5 years of experience in the field or a related area

Strong sense of cybersecurity principles and practices

Proven ability to configure and support Microsoft Windows servers, storage, Microsoft 365, and VMware infrastructure

Highly experienced in project management and delivery of IT infrastructure projects. PMP certification is highly desired

Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint null
