Job Description
A digital communications and marketing services company is looking to hire a VP of Sales in the DC area. This person will be building out the outbound sales operations within the company and will be the first boots on the ground in business development focused on selling their newest digital advertising solution. While this person will be a strategic leader within the organization to create a methodical relationship-based outbound sales process, they will also be responsible for building out the territory, breaking new logos, and expanding business opportunity within existing clients. Additionally, this person will develop sales targets, roadmap, pipeline, and establish the market strategy. This role is budgeted between $160-180k base + 10% commission and will be in-office on a hybrid schedule in downtown DC. Please apply if youre interested!

Skills and Requirements
-8+ years of experience in B2B business development and sales
-Experience selling digital advertising to marketing departments
-Strategic-level experience building out a sales process or market from the ground up -Advertising or agency experience
-Experience in a start-up or smaller environment wearing several hats null
