Job Description

Day to day:

Develop new reporting solutions to meet business requirements.

Perform break-fix and enhancement activities on existing solutions.

Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address reporting needs.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Document processes, solutions, and enhancements for future reference.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Tableau and Salesforce reporting.

Skills and Requirements

Must-have

2-3 years of experience within data analytics and report building

Experience in supporting Customer Experience org data familiar with call center metrics

Tableau experience building out reports

Excel experience building formulas

Snowflake experience building data sources in SQL query

Salesforce experience Plusses
