Job Description
Insight Global is hiring multiple Maintenance Technicians for a leading Semiconductor company in Austin, TX. These technicians will be specialized in Semiconductor Maintenance and will work in their 24/7 main FAB and interact with multiple disciplines. Technician's will be rebuilding and cleaning subassemblies for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, performing Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks, support of subfab equipment, chemical handling, and ensuring an adequate supply of consumables for rebuilding sub-assemblies daily. Maintenance technicians should have knowledge of 5S principles and experience maintaining 5S organization within maintenance or parts management environment.

Skills and Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 2+ years of Semiconductor maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and understanding of electronic, mechanical, and vacuum systems.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge for data entry and tracking.
- Able to work well in a diverse team environment and multitask with minimal supervision while adjusting to changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods of time as well as lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds.
- A shift - 5:30 am - 5:30 pm, Sunday - Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
- B shift - 5:30 pm - 5:30 am Sunday - Tuesday, and every other Saturday
- C shift - 5:30 am - 5:30 pm, Thursday - Saturday, and every other Wednesday
- D shift - 5:30 pm - 5:30 am, Wednesday - Friday, and every other Saturday - 3+ years of experience within Implant, Dry Etch, or another discipline.
- 12 hours towards an Associate degree in Electronics from an accredited school. null
