    Job Description

    A partner of Insight Global is adding a Plant Maintenance Superintendent to their team. This person will report directly into the Plant Manager. The Maintenance Superintendent leads the maintenance organization to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations of assets across the facility. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance work execution, planning, preventive and predictive programs, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and asset management best practices (ISO 55000, SMRP, and RCM principles).

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Technology, Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance, Operations Management, or similar technical field) or related discipline preferred).

    Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRO) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL)

    10 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

     

    Demonstrated expertise in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, optimizing equipment reliability, and driving improvement projects.

     

    High initiative and proactive approach with a focus on driving efficiency and implementing innovative solutions.

     

    Ability to think creatively, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions with an entrepreneurial mindset.

     

    Strong technical knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance techniques, reliability-centered maintenance, and equipment optimization strategies.

     

    Deep experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

     

    Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.

     

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

     

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

     

    Demonstrated understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.

     

    Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, projects, and schedules. Adaptive and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Working knowledge of ISO 55000-based asset management principles is a plus null
