Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Lead Generation Business Analyst for one of our full-service marketing clients that specialize in face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns. This role involves leading financial, operational, and analytical efforts on multiple campaigns within the Analytics and Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze quality metrics for lead generation programs.

Manage multiple campaigns and clients, overseeing financial and operational reporting.

Validate and manage data sets to produce accurate reports and analysis.

Collaborate with clients to assess campaign success, recommend improvements, and resolve discrepancies.

Work closely with executive, sales, and internal finance teams.

Develop financial and operational targets with executives and clients.

Utilize data and modeling skills to build pro-forma P&Ls, analyze compensation structures, identify trends, and build forecasts.

Identify process improvement opportunities.

Manage and improve the commissions process.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in a business analyst role or similar position

Extensive experience in analyzing quality metrics pertaining to Lead Generation.

Experience with Tableau Desktop, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools

Advanced excel skills (calculating formulas, doing ad hoc analysis, etc.)

Extensive experience in validating, troubleshooting, and analyzing large and complex data; database literacy

Excellent communications skills required to communicate with C-suite

Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or another related field null
