    Job Description

    Description: A fast-paced biotech company based in MA is seeking a Project Manager to join their Digital organization in their Supply Chain domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing timelines and organizing processes, with proficiency in Smartsheet. Experience in SAP and supply chain management is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and oversee pharmaceutical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

     

    Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using Smartsheet.

     

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

     

    Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

     

    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

     

    Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

     

    Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

     

    Provide training and support to users on project management tools and processes.

    Compensation:

    $70/hour to $80/hour

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in a regulated industry (pharma, medical devices, manufacturing)

     

    Proficiency in Smartsheet for project management.

     

    Experience handling complex projects that interface with manufacturing, finance, and sales (cross- functional expertise)

     

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with SAP.

     

    Understanding of supply chain management.

     

    Experience working for a start up company /wearing multiple hats

     

    Familiarity with project management tools and software.
