Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and forward-thinking Full Stack Engineer with strong DevOps and integration experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in agile environments, are passionate about building scalable systems, and are eager to contribute to a modern testing and deployment strategy. The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background, a strong aptitude for learning, and the ability to work across the full development stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain full stack applications with a focus on integration (MuleSoft) and Java-based APIs.

Write and maintain automated test scripts, including UAT and regression tests.

Contribute to the creation of a robust test strategy and set new standards for testing and development practices.

Participate in Agile ceremonies with a strong emphasis on Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Help reduce API delivery cycle time from 40 days to 12 days through automation and process improvements.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and other DevOps tools.

Assess and upgrade existing Java 8 APIs, addressing security risks and improving test coverage.

Support the team in building a scalable backlog and improving delivery velocity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality integration and deployment.

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of experience with full stack development specifically Java

Experience testing and developing APIs and experience

Experience with integration tools like Mulesoft including experience developing in Mulesoft

Strong knowledge of testing environments including building test strategies, executing tests, etc. as well as experience with regression testing, integration testing, etc.

Experience with DevOps including building or using CI/CD pipelines, DevOps monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, etc.

Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Python, etc. Selenium null
