Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire two Senior Buyers for a power generation company in Glastonbury, CT. The Senior Buyer will be responsible for performing purchasing functions, including initiating competitive requests for quotations (RFQs), issuing purchase orders (POs), and managing the delivery of orders in accordance with project/program builds. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and work effectively with suppliers and internal customers, such as support engineers, quality assurance teams, and project planners.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with procurement, purchasing, or buying processes/lifecycles
- 5 years of SAP experience
- Experience sourcing aeroderivative components, or working in a power generation/manufacturing/engineering company - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20-40%) to visit suppliers
- Negotiation/analytical skills null
