GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:Utilize electronic theory, design principles, and engineering skills to contribute to the development and support of cutting-edge products.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

+ Collaborate in the seamless transition of products from engineering to production.

+ Conduct thorough parts research and prepare procedures for new designs.

+ Engage in schematic entry and hands-on prototype testing.

+ Analyze engineering test data to achieve specified objectives.

+ Interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions with precision.

+ Assist in the development of comprehensive test plans for products in development.

+ Perform additional duties as needed to support project goals.

Required Experience:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

+ Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with industry standards.

+ Effective communication and collaboration skills with peers and supervisors.

+ Professional demeanor for occasional public interactions.

+ Adherence to workplace protocols and procedures.

+ Proficiency in reading assembly drawings, schematics, and component identifications.

+ Comfort working with small parts and demonstrating fine motor skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

+ Current enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s degree program.

+ Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

+ Combination of production floor and office settings.

+ Ability to comfortably stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks.

+ Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds when required.
