    Job Description

    The Marine Strategic Sourcing Associate (Sourcing Associate) plays a key role in supporting global shipboard talent acquisition efforts by executing innovative sourcing strategies and maintaining a proactive talent pipeline. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top-tier talent for shipboard positions across all operational levels. Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring partners, the Sourcing Associate ensures the company has access to a steady talent pool while staying competitive in the global market.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    1+ years of recruitment or relevant experience (data entry)

     

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with shifting priorities. -Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

     

    -Sourcing or recruitment experience in global talent acquisition within the marine, cruising, preferred; hospitality, BPO, or HR shared services sectors, may be considered.

     

    -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRMs, and Smartsheets. null
