    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Greasing Program Manager to oversee the greasing and surveillance of massive fin fans, which are the size of buildings. This role involves managing crews responsible for greasing and maintaining these fans, ensuring consistent and efficient operations. The Greasing Program Manager will run the crews performing the greasing work, write work tickets to document activities, and schedule any break-ins at the next available time. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in maintaining nuts, bolts, fans, and motors. The manager will ensure that the same machines are serviced repeatedly, maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    The ideal candidate will have experience in managing maintenance crews, particularly in greasing and surveillance of large machinery.

     

    Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to write clear and concise work tickets.

     

    Experience with fin fans and related equipment is preferred. null
