Our client, a leading provider in customer service solutions, is seeking a National Account Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a National Account Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting key national accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong customer focus which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** National Account Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Milwaukee, WI
**Pay Range:** $18-$22
What's the Job?
+ Act as the dedicated contact for assigned national accounts, providing personalized and timely customer support.
+ Process and manage orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
+ Monitor account activity to ensure we are meeting customer and organizational needs.
+ Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details, order history, and preferences.
+ Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and proactively address potential concerns.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service or related field.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
+ High School diploma or equivalent; advanced degree or certification preferred.
