    Job Description

    This role provides global production support for travel online sites and offline services. The candidate will ensure platform health, positively impacting member experience and satisfaction for transactions globally. Responsibilities include tracking and addressing platform issues, identifying sub-optimal site areas, and informing the product roadmap. The role connects production support teams, travel technology partners, inventory suppliers, and consumer travel technologies, while providing analytical support and managing cross-functional resources.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years experience within travel

     

    3+ years Sabre GDS experience

     

    Familiar with web services/APIs, databases, and XML schemas.

     

    Effective communicator of technical issues.

     

    Skilled in task management and prioritization.

     

    Proactive and independent worker.

     

    Able to build collaborative relationships. null
