Job Description

One of our largest entertainment clients is looking to bring on a new IT Security Systems Analyst. This team manages the key financial systems of the organization, including Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, BPC, SAP, and a few legacy systems. They act as the primary interface for the business anytime there is a change in requirements or if there are technical upgrades. This team also supports multiple SOX systems from a user access review perspective. They are a two-person shop and growing. We are looking for someone who has strong SOX audit skills and experience with user access reviews/identity management.

Skills and Requirements

There is a functional aspect and a technical aspect to this role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a set of systems from a compliance perspective. They will be responsible for performing UARs for a set of about 10 systems. They will be responsible from end to end. You will be able to manage your own schedule, work with the application and system owners, and almost PM that piece. You will ensure that when the data is fed into Pathlock, it is complete, accurate, and audit-ready. You will then present that audit evidence from the user access review to the external auditors and act as the spokesperson for that product.

50% of this person's responsibilities will be spent being the main point of contact for auditors (walking them through each system and each respective technical detail). This is essentially an IT auditor with more in-depth technical acumen. They will also be focused on user access reviews and identity management using Pathlock.

Must have:

Experience working on IT audits for ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.).

Familiarity with IT control frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, including COSO, COBIT, and SOX Section 404.

5 years of experience with IT security (not looking for a cybersecurity expert) - they will be more on the functional and process side, managing user access reviews, and managing identities.

Certification with CISA, CISSP, CPA - Any experience with GRC tools - best if Pathlock

- Experience with compliance of cloud based systems - best if it is within Oracle Fusion null
