Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our Data Engineering team and take ownership of key internal data products that power enterprise reporting, analytics, and decision-making. In this role, youll drive the roadmap for data engineering capabilities, ensure products meet internal user needs, and act as the critical link between business objectives and technical execution.
Youll be embedded in the data engineering team and work closely with engineers, analysts, governance stakeholders, and business leaders to guide the design, delivery, and adoption of high-impact data solutions built on Azure.

Skills and Requirements
You Bring
3-5 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or data-focused delivery roles, ideally within a data engineering or analytics environment.
Experience working closely with data engineers, ideally in an Azure cloud context.
Strong familiarity with modern data tooling and workflows especially with Azure data stack including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks and Synapse.
Solid understanding of how data pipelines, transformations, and access layers support analytical and operational use cases.
Experience writing user stories and requirements for technical teams and managing delivery through Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort discussing data architectures, schema design, and performance trade-offs.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Must be able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Bonus: experience working with dbt, Python, or tools like Azure DevOps, Gitlab, Power BI, or Purview. PMP or CSM null
