    Job Description

    An employer is looking for a TS/SCI Space Systems Engineer supporting a DOD customer in El Segundo, CA. The engineer will work closely with the government customer to support in the evaluation and assessment of future space and missile Systems of Systems (SoS) and Families of Systems (FoS) at the cross-enterprise level. They will link materiel solutions to warfighter capability needs, while also providing rapid decision quality support and performing assessment of technology threats and gaps.

     

    Paying $85/hr- $100/hr depending on experience

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Active TS/SCI Clearance

     

    - Bachelors Degree in STEM

     

    - 10+ years of experience in space systems engineering

     

    - Experience supporting a space program in a SETA capacity - Experience in NSDC, NRO, AFRCO, SpRCO, DEL9, DEL6, STARCOM, or related areas

     

    - Prior DoD Satellite Operations experience

     

    - Familiarity with DoD cloud and cyber secure IT architecture principles: ATO/ATC processes, RMF policies, ZTA NISP guidelines, or classified network design null
