Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager / Senior Scrum Master to lead agile execution, foster collaboration, and drive strategic alignment across two dynamic teams. This role demands a servant-leader mindset, adept at removing impediments, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. This role is a key part of a large-scale transformation program with high visibility, focused on scaling agile practices, enhancing delivery efficiency, and aligning teams with broader organizational goals. The successful candidate will proactively lead the agile transformation from sprint 0 activities to leadership and behaviors, not just facilitate ceremonies. The role is expected to start from June 1 through the end of the year

This will be a 12-month contract and candidates must be able to work flexible shifts/hybrid schedule (Gurgaon office a couple of times a week), ideally residing in the NCR region.

Rates: $17-20/HR USD - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum Mastery, or Program Management.

- Change Management and enterprise-level agile transformation experience

- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other agile tooling.

- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other agile frameworks.

- Strong product mindset, ensuring alignment with business value and priorities.

- Proven ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and functions.

- Experience in senior stakeholder engagement and strategic discussions.

- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and conflict resolution skills.

- Experience with OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and driving goal alignment.

- Ability to identify and implement efficiency improvements to optimize team performance.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, balancing assertiveness with collaboration.

- Strong EQ and experience dealing with challenging stakeholders. - Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent). null
