Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Client Intake Specialist for one of our law firm clients in Ridgefield Park, NJ. This role will start out onsite and have a potential to move to a hybrid remote environment if proven the ability to work autonomously.
As a Client Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the initial calls and inquiries (Web, Email, Chat) from new prospecting clients seeking out a firm to represent them regarding potential injury claims. Our client provides best-in-class services and obtains detailed information regarding the incident to be reviewed by their attorneys immediately. In this role we need someone who will approach each interaction with a high degree of attention and sense of urgency to ensure the best possible outcome. In this role you will also be responsible for following up with all potential clients regarding documentation, next steps, and assisting in the sign-up process all while providing an excellent client service experience.

Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office 365/Suite)
- Excellent communication, both verbally and written - Experience working in a call center environment
- Experience working in a law firm
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Associates/Bachelors Degree null
