Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Territory Manager to join and support one of our client's subsidiary accounts within their powder coating division. As a Territory Manager, you will oversee distributor organizations within your designated area. and will develop pricing strategies to meet sales goals. Additionally, you will handle direct sales of certain products and support sales efforts, working with your team or distributors. Your responsibilities will include managing sales activities, setting targets, and ensuring compliance with growth objectives. You will also prepare reports on networking and sales opportunities, develop quotations, and provide support to your manager as needed. This role requires heavy travel, and you can expect overnight travel at least once per week.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelors degree

-3+ years of experience and /or training within the powder coating, liquid coating, or powder manufacturing industry

-Distribution management experience

-Technical background beneficial null
