Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a TSSCI Telecom Analyst to sit on-site in Arlington, VA. This individual will be responsible for inventory of classified material, status checks upon entry into classified areas, managing visitors of classified areas, as well as serving as the first line of defense for outages. This will include using monitoring systems to track for outages as well as Service Now to create/manage ticket queues and working with on-site as well as external parties to solve outages. Some of the outages will be resolved on-site but others will be non-local and have to be handled via phone.

Compensation:

$_40.00___/hr to $_45.00____/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements

- Active TSSCI Clearance

- Basic knowledge of working with circuits and crypto devices

Crypto examples -- Kiv-7/7M, Fastlanes, Taclanes, Key Generators, and STE equipment

Circuit examples -- TDM, TDMoIP

- Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts Wednesday-Saturday OR Sunday -- Wednesday

- Experience operating and maintain fill devices including DTD's, SKLs, KYK-13s, KYK-15s, KOI-18s

- IAT Level 2 Certification (preferably security+) *required*

- Experience with Service Now ticketing system for creating and closing tickets Several years of experience supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, computer systems, and electrical components

Past experience working in the military
