Job Description
A global manufacturing company is seeking a Sr. Director of Global ERP and Manufacturing Systems to join the team in Chattanooga, TN. This Director is responsible for leading the global ERP strategy and manufacturing system initiatives across the organization. The Sr. Director will lead a team of Analysts and Developers and will be directly supporting the VP of Operations, VP of Engineering, and VP of Supply Chain and Procurement. This position will develop the 5-year roadmap, standardize ERP processes and optimize system usage, identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement from Enterprise One data, and spearhead initiatives across multiple foundries, manufacturing, and distribution sites. This Sr. Director will work extensively within Oracle JDE Enterprise One, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and engineering applications for Product Lifecyle Management and Product Data Management.

Skills and Requirements
Extensive experience with Oracle JDE Enterprise One (E1)
Deep understanding of Lean principles, including value stream mapping, Kanban, and continuous improvement techniques.
Experience overseeing or being part of an E1 implementation in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in standardizing ERP processes and optimizing system usage.
Experience in leading and managing teams of developers and business analysts.
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bachelors degree in information technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field null
