Job Description

-Oversee daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

-Manage a team of 300+ hourly employees, providing guidance and support.

-Implement and monitor automation systems and labor management programs.

-Train and develop staff on warehouse distribution processes and best practices.

-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

-Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues.

Skills and Requirements

-Experience running a distribution center that incorporates automation and a labor management program.

-Experience managing a distribution center of at least 500,000 square feet in size.

-Team management skills: Ability to lead an engineering team and oversee actual production management. Experience in training employees on warehouse distribution processes. -Familiarity with advanced warehouse management systems.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. null
