Starting Rate: $17.00
The** **Human Resources Coordinator** **will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
+ Help to facilitate an orderly and efficient HR office environment that provides timely, courteous and professional support to associates, guests andcandidates;
+ Support the HR leader anddesignatedHiring Manager with the recruitment process in accordancetothe established guidelines;
+ Responsible forassistingwithpayroll processingactivities;
+ Maintain thorough employment recordsand compliance requirementsper the establishedprotocols;
+ Maintainsand deliversreports fromHRIS systems asneeded;
+ Coordinateemployee recognition programsandactivities;
+ Facilitate integration of human resources programs, policies, and procedures and their dissemination through presentations, meetings, and other deliverymethods;
+ NotifyHuman Resources Directorand/or General Managerpromptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters ofsignificance;
+ Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications;and
+ Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Required** **Prior Experience:
Prior Human Resources or Administrative/office experience
Prior customer service experience
Preferred Prior Experience:
Prior hospitality experience
Prior recruiting experience
Required** **Technology:
Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Other:
Preferred Bilingual (language primarily spoken at work location)
