About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Services Focus Area, which is part of Enterprise Business Resilience Planning in the CAO.
The Team
This team supports Wells Fargo’s operational readiness for a recovery or resolution scenario (i.e., bankruptcy) by (1) managing the company’s critical service continuity framework, (2) maintaining the enterprise service catalog, which identifies the inventory of services performed across the company and the components necessary to perform those services, (3) identifying, analyzing, and mitigating service and legal entity dependencies at risk of disruption in a bankruptcy situation, and (4) describing these holistic capabilities in Wells Fargo’s required regulatory submissions.
The Role
This role will own and manage Wells Fargo’s overarching critical service continuity framework. This framework brings together capabilities across multiple enterprise functions to ensure ongoing adherence to RRP regulations, such as:
+ Execution of SLAs between legal entity providers and receivers of critical services
+ Incorporation of “resolution-resilient language” into SLAs and contracts with third parties, including lease agreements with third party landlords
+ Appropriate preplacement of working capital for material legal entities
+ Contingency strategies for key employees, facilities, systems, third parties, and intellectual property
This role will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across multiple enterprise functions, including Legal and Independent Risk Management. Specific responsibilities include:
+ Manage, maintain, and drive continuous enhancement to Wells Fargo’s critical service continuity framework
+ Develop a detailed understanding of complex processes, approaches, datasets, and governance routines across multiple enterprise functions and how they enable ongoing adherence to RRP regulations
+ Become a subject matter expert on services-related RRP regulations and translate regulations into simple terms
+ Drive measurable simplification and transformation efforts to streamline critical service continuity processes and governance routines while maintaining adherence to RRP regulations
+ Partner with the Recovery and Resolution Program Office, Legal, Independent Risk Management, and other key stakeholders to ensure ongoing adherence to RRP regulations
+ Identify, analyze, assess, and describe legal entity service dependencies and develop approaches to mitigating continuity risk
+ Clearly, coherently, and concisely articulate the critical service framework in RRP regulatory submissions
• **Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations experience, Risk Management, Control Management
+ Resolution and Recovery Planning experience with a large financial services institution or consulting firm; experiencing with critical services, legal entities, material entities.
+ Experience in regulatory compliance
+ Experience driving transformation initiatives
+ Experience designing and redesigning processes, controls, and governance routines
+ Experience designing and implementing program requirements
+ Experience remediating regulatory concerns
+ Demonstrated partnerships with 2nd and 3rd line of defense
+ Organization and planning of reporting cadence to regulatory agencies
+ Comfort with analyzing data and developing insights, conclusions, and/or recommendations backed by the data
+ Understanding of enterprise risk management framework including risk identification, risk appetite and strategy, risk-related decisions, processes and controls, risk analytics and governance
+ Ability clearly, coherently, and concisely articulate complex topics verbally and written (e.g., email, powerpoint, word)
+ Experience designing effective controls, issue management and supporting metrics and governance programs
+ Ability to provide articulate credible challenge, influence and consult internally with leadership
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Experience coordinating and leading multiple priorities within aggressive time frames
Job Expectations:
+ Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
+ Willingness to work on-site at one of the specific locations included in this job posting.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
