About the Role
As a CBRE Inventory Analyst, you will assist with the development and implementation of regional and national strategic procurement platforms.
This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for improving the efficiency of the organization’s supply chain.
What You’ll Do
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of the inventory data and processes in the warehouse.
Perform regular audits, inspections, and reconciliations of the inventory records and physical counts, using various tools and methods, such as barcode scanners, RFID tags, spreadsheets, and software applications.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies, errors, or issues in inventory data and processes, such as missing, damaged, expired, or excess products, incorrect or incomplete information, or non-compliance with policies and regulations.
Report any significant or recurring inventory problems, risks, or opportunities.
Implement standard methodologies and improvements in inventory data and processes, such as standardizing procedures, updating documentation, training warehouse staff, improving security, and optimizing storage and layout
Collaborate with other departments, such as warehouse operations, purchasing, finance, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination of inventory activities and objectives
Provide accurate and timely inventory reports and analysis to support decision making and planning
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the inventory management field and recommend appropriate changes or innovations
Coordinate sourcing processes and practices with internal partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with regional suppliers and contractors.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Demonstrated experience in contract administration, contract negotiation, quality assurance, and procurement management.
Experience in working with and managing e-procurement and contracts management platforms.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret, and present data and/or documents.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Inventory Analyst position is $33.65 per hour and the maximum salary for the Inventory Analyst position is $36.06 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
