In this fast-paced and dynamic Strategist Business Development Program Manager role, you will be part of the Global Technical Sales - Splunk Observability Strategist organization. You will drive strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and develop and manage key business programs that accelerate pipeline growth and transformation. Responsibilities include project and program management for the following:
+ Strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives
+ Social media engagement and thought leadership content
+ Observability roadshow program planning and management
+ Employee engagement programs and events
+ Executive operating meetings and reviews
+ Organization-wide strategic priorities and programs aligned to planning and business and operating model cadence
+ Customer, partner, and supplier engagements
+ Executive Sponsorship Program commitments
+ Global Technical Sales leadership external engagement planning
+ Initiative tracking and alignment with broader Cisco growth strategy
Who You’ll Work With
You will collaborate closely with the Global Technical Sales Leadership Team, cross-functional business partners, and operational support teams. Your role is pivotal in ensuring alignment, coordination, and execution of critical business strategies.

Minimum Requirements
+ 6+ years of overall work experience, including 4+ years in relevant strategic program/project management roles.
+ Experience supporting senior-level executives or leadership teams.
+ Experience collaborating a gaining strategic alignment cross-functionally.
+ Strong program and project management expertise.
+ Excellent written communication and PowerPoint skills.
+ Proficiency in Windows desktop applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Communication

Note:
Base Pay Range
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay Range: $132,000.00 - 181,500.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $118,800.00 - 163,350.00 per year
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $105,600.00 - 145,200.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. **In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.**
