Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:

Lecturer-Pool faculty are term positions hired to teach one to two courses per semester in M.Ed. in School Leadership. Courses are taught completely online. Lecturer-Pool faculty hiring is based upon student demand, on a semester-by-semester basis.

Other Specifications/Instructions for the Position:

This position is for the Fall 2025 semester. Please make sure that unofficial transcripts uploaded to the application contain the name of the issuing institution and the degree conferral date (if candidate is not ABD ). Three letters of recommendation are required. Selected candidate will be asked for official transcripts for all degrees at the time of hire.

Educational Requirements for the Position (Faculty Positions Only):

Requires a minimum of a Doctoral degree in School Leadership/Education Administration, Educational Leadership or closely related field, and Superintendent Certification.

Experience Required for the Position (Faculty Positions Only):

Applicants must be a Texas certified principal working in a TEA certified school and have at least three years of experience as a principal and/or assistant principal.
