The **Cruise Missile System Program (CMS) Team** is seeking **Mid-Level Customer Training Specialist** in **St. Charles, MO** . The successful candidate will be responsible for customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. **Domestic and International Travel up to 50% is required.**

Position Responsibilities

+ Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design

+ Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training

+ Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials

+ Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities

+ Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding ordering and/or delivery of spare parts and provisioning products or related services.

+ Analyzes and processes material returned from customers. Analyzes customer spare parts requirement inquiries, facilitates responses and resolves delivery problem.

+ Creates and monitors performance metrics.

+ Creates, maintains and advances customer relationships.

+ Develops an understanding of customer's culture and business strategies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Experience as a formal instructor certification as an instructor, Senior instructor, or Master instructor

+ Electronics Experience

+ Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Experience as a Weapon School Instructor or Military Experience in training

+ Stand-Up Instructor led Training in support of Cruise Missile Systems (CMS) including Harpoon and SLAM ER

+ Electronics Training

Summary pay range: $77,350 – $104,650
