    Visiting Angels, a leading private, non-medical home care company, is looking for a Client Care Scheduling Manager with a strong background in high-volume scheduling, project coordination, and team operations.     What You'll Do

    As the Client Care Scheduling Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our senior clients by:

    + Managing dynamic, fast-moving schedules for clients and caregivers

    + Collaborating with the Client Services and Wellness teams to align caregiver assignments with evolving client needs

    + Driving operational efficiency through precise planning, prioritization, and real-time problem-solving

    + Providing hands-on leadership support, including participating in on-call support (minimum 4 shifts/month)

    + Applying a project management mindset to streamline operations and uphold standards of excellence

    + Maintaining communication flow and fostering strong internal team dynamics and accountability

    What You Bring

    + Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments—hospitality management, large CCRCs, or multi-department operations are highly relevant

    + Strong proficiency in scheduling platforms and tools (bonus if you’re confident with Microsoft Office & healthcare systems)

    + Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and pivot quickly and confidently

    + A calm, composed leadership style, even in emotionally dynamic or high-stakes situations

    + A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with strong interpersonal skills

    + Commitment to a team-first, service-oriented culture

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Associate Degree in a healthcare-related field (or equivalent experience)

    + 4 to 5 + years in a supervisory or scheduling-heavy role in senior care, healthcare, hospitality, or similar industries
