Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization based in Southborough, Massachusetts. This pivotal role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business operations, and ensuring the company's overall success across multiple divisions, including electrical, plumbing, and storage services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business expertise, and a proven ability to foster growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve long-term organizational goals, including growth, market expansion, and profitability.
• Provide leadership and direction to the executive team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering collaboration.
• Oversee all operational functions, including sales, marketing, human resources, IT, and customer service, to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, such as entering new markets or launching innovative products and services.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and board members.
• Monitor company performance metrics and implement improvements to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Lead efforts to enhance customer experience and satisfaction across all divisions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while driving continuous operational improvements.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a CEO or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for operational analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Expertise in sales training and strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Solid experience in IT project management, including planning and execution.
• Proven ability to manage and improve customer experience across various business units.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Track record of achieving organizational growth and operational excellence
