Description
We are looking for a Marketing/Communications Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will drive marketing initiatives that align with our strategic goals and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance data to optimize outcomes.
KEY Accountabilities:
Brand Management and Collaboration
Content Creation and Management
Campaign Execution and Analysis
Digital Marketing and Website Management
Event and Tradeshow Support
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Create and oversee engaging content for various platforms, including digital and print media.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, tracking their performance to identify improvements.
• Manage website updates and digital marketing efforts to enhance user engagement.
• Provide support for events and tradeshows, including planning, logistics, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze data from marketing efforts to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and communicate a cohesive message.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and stay competitive.
Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong skills in copywriting and creating marketing content.
• Experience with CRM systems and campaign planning.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and web content management.
• Ability to support brand awareness initiatives and manage advertisements.
• Familiarity with budget processes and the ability to manage marketing expenses effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
