Description We are looking for a success-driven and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Thomson, Georgia. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product offerings, pricing, availability, and production timelines, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs to provide customized solutions and enhance their overall experience with our services.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with current and potential customers as required.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, including availability, pricing, and usage, to confidently address customer questions and offer recommendations.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify and grow new and existing business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships.
• Confirm technical details with customers or regional sales managers and accurately input orders into the system for efficient processing.
• Create comprehensive production orders based on customer purchase requests and anticipated needs, ensuring alignment with internal teams.
• Work closely with production staff to ensure materials are available and delivered on time, maintaining high standards of service quality. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced formulas.
• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Experience in managing customer accounts and addressing inquiries or complaints effectively.
• Familiarity with billing functions and sales processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
