    Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting for a Lead Wealth Advisor at a RIA. This is a full-time permanent role based in San Francisco with a Hybrid schedule.

    Responsibilities:

    + Be the key contact for high-net-worth clients and institutions.

    + Deliver outstanding client service with personalized investment insights.

    + Leverage extensive knowledge of financial markets to meet client needs.

    + Develop strong client relationships using a strategic approach.

    + Use company resources to ensure world-class service and credibility.

    Requirements

    + 8+ years of wealth management experience.

    + MUST HAVE CFA, CFP or CIMA.

    + Series 7 and 66 licenses.

    + Proven proficiency in complex financial planning for high-net-worth clients.

    + Outstanding collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
