• Systems Analyst

    Description

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with a strong background in compliance frameworks, particularly the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and/or NIST SP 800-53, as well as technical expertise in Windows system administration, Group Policy (GPO) management, and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of IT systems with a focus on compliance, automation, and security posture enhancement.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Analyze system configurations and assess alignment with compliance standards (e.g., NIST, CIS Benchmarks).

    + Design, implement, and maintain GPOs to enforce security and configuration policies across the enterprise.

    + Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system automation, monitoring, and reporting.

    + Support audits and security assessments by providing documentation and remediation plans.

    + Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure system integrity and security.

    + Maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and system architecture.

    + Provide recommendations for system improvements and risk mitigation based on vulnerability assessments and compliance gaps.

    + Assist in configuration management and change control processes.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
