Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive growth across all online channels. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy professional with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
+ Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, PPC, content marketing, affiliate, and display advertising campaigns.
+ Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
+ Monitor and analyze performance metrics, provide insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
+ Manage the company’s website and ensure SEO best practices are applied.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
+ Drive content strategy including blog posts, newsletters, and thought leadership content.
+ Maintain a strong online brand presence through regular analysis and innovation.
+ Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, marketing technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
+ 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
+ In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
+ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
+ Experience managing paid media budgets and driving ROI through campaign optimization.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
+ Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
