    *_Position Summary:_*

     

    The family care center staff nurse provides quality care to our customers and performs those functions delegated and assigned by the center’s head nurse.

    *_Minimum Education_*

    * Graduation completed from a school of nursing and current licensure by the Virginia State Board of Nursing to practice as a practical nurse required.

    * Minimum of one-year medical office experience with proven display of knowledge and skills preferred.

    *_Required Licenses_*

    * Current LPN license required.

    * BLS required within 30 days of hire date.

    * Must possess a working knowledge of medication use and administration.

    * Experience documenting in an electronic medical record highly recommended.*__*
