Description We are looking for a dedicated Architectural Marketing Specialist to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the timely creation and accuracy of architectural marketing deliverables that support the sale of homes. Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive project management support for architectural marketing initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and meet deadlines.
• Oversee the progress of marketing projects by gathering detailed requirements and ensuring alignment with company standards for quality and precision.
• Manage the production of marketing assets, including printed brochures, floor plan inserts, interactive floor plans, and virtual renderings.
• Collaborate effectively with teams such as Community Planning, Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing to ensure smooth project execution.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Use sound decision-making skills to address challenges and ensure timely delivery of all project components.
• Maintain an attentive and adaptable attitude, taking on additional responsibilities when needed.
• Monitor workflows and ensure all tasks are completed within established timelines and guidelines. Requirements • Associate degree or equivalent certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, preferably within marketing or architecture.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in clear and effective grammar and articulation.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and manage deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and contribute to team success.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and processes, including rendering and interactive design workflows, is a plus. Innovation starts with people.®
