    Trawick Construction is seeking an entry-level Estimator to support our estimating team in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to grow within a fast-paced construction environment.

    + Collaborate with the Director of the Project Management Operations (PMO) to support project direction, completion, and financial outcomes.

    + Coordinate with multiple internal departments and maintain direct communication with clients and subcontractors.

    + Analyze construction plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates and perform quantity take-offs for selected trades.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking logs to monitor project progress and data accuracy.

    + Assist in the development and assembly of bid packages and procurement documentation.

    + Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to project sites or meetings as needed.

    + Perform other duties as assigned to support the estimating and project management teams.

     

    What you’ll need

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred

    + Must have an Associate’s degree or higher education

    + The position requires effective planning, organizing, and motivational skills

    + Computer Applications Experience: Google Earth, Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet

    + Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines

    + Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Must hold a valid driver’s license

    + Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
