    At Globe Communications , as a Field Trainer , you’ll provide on-the-job training and guidance to fiber technicians in the filed. As an experienced technician you will share your knowledge and expertise to help new or less experienced fiber techs develop their skills.

    What you’ll do as a Field Trainer

     

    + Work alongside technicians during installations, troubleshooting, and other field tasks to provide hands-on instruction and guidance

    + Mentor technicians, guiding them on best practices, safety procedures and problem solving techniques

    + Diagnose and resolve issues that arise in the field

    + Help techncians develop their skills

    + Train technicians on how to splice fiber

    + Assist with installs, troubleshooting and repairs as needed

     

    What you’ll need

     

    + To be 18 years of age or older

    + Authorization to work in the United States for this company

    + 3-5 years experience as a Fiber Technician

    + Previous fiber splicing experience

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Valid driver's license
